Can you really sand a floor without any dust?
Yes we can! Our unique process means there will be no dust in your room. So you will not have to take down the curtains, cover the furniture or give the whole house a major clean afterwards.
But is the house going to smell of floor varnish?
No! Almost all of our products have no smell at all. We only use the most advanced floor finishing products available.
Incidentally all of our products meet the new EEC environmental legislation, as well as the proposed future regulations – good for you and the environment!
I’m not sure if my floor is suitable for re finishing, or even what type of finish and colour I should use…

No, The cost is much less than the cost of replacing a wooden floor – especially when you add the cost of fitting to the purchase price. (plus removal & disposal of the old floor…)
Then, even if you put a new floor down, it would still need a light sanding and finishing to make it look its best!
It is much cheaper, quicker and less hassle to restore an existing floor.

It depends on a variety of factors such as, how big the area is, are there difficult areas (like stairs) and the type of finish required.

Couldn’t I just hire a floor sanding machine and do it myself?
Floor Sanding and refinishing is a difficult process requiring a high level of expertise to produce good results. It is just not possible to create professional results with a sander from a hire shop.
(We use up to 6 different machines, in any job – none of which are available in hire shops. Then add our 10 years of experience, plus a unique process, specialist finish products etc etc)
Unfortunately it is all to often that we are called to “save” a floor that has been DIY sanded…
